SHIPPING QUESTIONS

What is your processing time and shipping speed?

Our order processing time is approximately 5 working days.  The shipping label may be created 1-2 days before shipping.  We primarily ship via USPS (No Rush Shipping Speed) and we cannot guarantee delivery times.  We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays, and do not offer international shipping at this time.  NOTE: USPS is reporting significant delays due to increased delivery demand and limited staffing due to COVID-19.

I need to make a change to my order!

If you’d like to make a change to your order, including your shipping address, send us an email at fam@tinygiftsociety.com as soon as you can!  We’ll do our best to catch your order before it ships out.  If it has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate your change request.

How do I track my package?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out.  Give that tracking number 1-2 days to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your order on it’s journey to you.

Help! My package is missing!

    If your package has been shipped, but you don’t see it on your doorstep, please contact USPS with your tracking number to open an investigation.  If you need more help, e-mail us at fam@tinygiftsociety.com and we’ll do our best to help!

     

    ORDER QUESTIONS

    What's your refund policy for standard orders?

      All sales are final from Tiny Gift Society.  (For Subscriptions, please see the Subscription section below.)  We do not issue refunds and cannot cancel orders after it has been processed, due to the time and effort it takes to prepare your order.  If you have missing items or other issues, please let us know by emailing us at fam@tinygiftsociety.com.

      Do you have any samples?

        Yes!  You can receive a FREE sample box with your first subscription sign-up, OR you can see our Sample Page for more information for ordering one.  One per customer please.

         

        SUBSCRIPTION QUESTIONS

        How many types of items are in each month’s box?

          Currently, there is one featured item each month, often with assorted colors.  The purpose is so you will have a new and exciting Thank You Gift to give your customers each month.  We are occasionally able to offer multiple types of items, and even freebies in your boxes!  Also, we are working on having a variety box option available soon.

          I ordered too many items!  Can I skip a subscription delivery?

            Yes, you can skip a delivery as long as you contact us before the 7th of the month.  You can either respond to your PayPal invoice for a request to skip, or you can email us at fam@tinygiftsociety.com.

            I need more!  Can I add to a subscription delivery?

              Yes, you can add to your delivery as long as you contact us before the 7th of the month with your updated order.  You can either respond to your PayPal invoice for a request to add, or you can email us at fam@tinygiftsociety.com.

              Is there any penalty for pausing or canceling a Subscription?

                No, we understand that circumstances may change and you may need to pause or cancel.  You may make any changes your subscription before the 7th of the month, as this is the date we start processing orders.  Please e-mail us at fam@tinygiftsociety.com to update your subscription.

                Can I swap the monthly featured item for something else?

                  Yes, absolutely!  Please e-mail us at fam@tinygiftsociety.com to make a change to your subscription before the 7th of the month.  You may view the products on our Thank You Gifts page, and if we have it in-stock, we can send it to you!
